Background and purpose: because of the variety of missions and services they provide, the employees of the police command of J. A. are constantly facing different risks and incidents such as martyrdom, injury, disability and injury. Today, accidents are an inseparable part of work in professional environments and sometimes to injuries Irreparable to the health and safety of employees, equipment, capital, environment and credit of the leading organization it is possible. Investigating the causes of these accidents can reduce the damage caused by the missions. The purpose of this research is to investigate the causes of accidents in police operations and their consequences. Method: In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of method, it is a survey that uses the beta tripod model method. The statistical population of the research is 185 police experts. The sample size is 125 people using Cochran's formula. In processing and analyzing the data, one-sample t-test was used, and Friedman's test was used to determine the priority of the component. The research collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated using the Lavshe ratio as 0. 71 with the help of ten experts, and the reliability of the entire questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha as 0. 76. Findings: In the research, it was found that three factors, including human, organizational and environmental factors, influence the occurrence of police incidents in F. A. J. A. Factors that prevent the occurrence of accidents. Conclusion: management factors, equipment and factors based on the duties of employees have a significant effect on the consequences of accidents, which can reduce the number of accidents by controlling them,However, personal and environmental causes do not have a significant effect on the consequences of accidents, but it is necessary to be taken into consideration.

Aim and Background: Opinion on the stimulations of the battle process and the impact of operational discipline on operational success and its approaches; And the valuable experiences of the Islamic system during the time of the Holy Defense and the recent battles from the operational discipline impact with the movement approach on strategic, operational and tactical success. the writing wants to compute operational discipline movements indicators and determine their role in operations success using exploratory studies on existing resources. Method: The research method is an exploratory mixture and is applied in terms of purpose. After reviewing and criticizing the resources and relying on the views of experts, a model with 20 indicators of operational discipline movements on the success of operations was developed. After determining the validity with a coefficient of 0. 88 The researcher-made questionnaire was judged by 44 observers. Results: Based on the results, considering that the average of twenty indicators is higher than the average, operational discipline movements can be defined from the above indicators. The highest average is related to "movements scheduling and planning" with a rank of 4. 79 and the lowest average is related to the "local resources" index with a score of 4. 09. Findings: Considering that in T-test and Friedman test, the mean of the indices is 4. 40 and the significance level confirms that the indicators of the dimension of operational discipline movements have a high impact on the success of military-police operations.

Organizational Intelligence especially in the service organizations is considered an important factor which managers should have to make the organization more effective. The present study tries to investigate the relationship between the manager’s organizational intelligence and effectiveness of police intelligence operations. This is an applied descriptive study whose statistical population were officers holding BA or above at work in intelligence branch in Tehran. 97 of the officers were randomly selected to form the statistical population. Questionnaire was used to collect the required data. SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. The findings of the study demosntrated that there is a significant relationship between the aspects of police managers organizational intelligence and effectiveness of intelligence missions.

Background and purpose: Some anti-narcotics operations in the police command of Kerman province led to the martyrdom of police officers. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the strategies for improving the personal security of anti-narcotics operations in this command. Methodology: The current applied research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The participants in this research are experts working in the anti-narcotics police, officials related to narcotics, headquarters and operational levels of the anti-narcotics police and the cities of Kerman province. Information was collected with a semi-structured interview tool. Sampling was done purposefully and after the 17th interview, theoretical and thematic saturation was reached. Interviews were implemented and after thematic analysis, basic themes were extracted and classified into organizing and comprehensive themes. The implemented text of the interviews and the done coding reached the opinion of two other coders and their corrective comments were applied. Findings: In this research, 96 basic themes were classified into 9 organizing themes under intra-organizational solutions and 6 organizing themes under extra-organizational solutions. Conclusion: The results showed that, according to the participants in the research, the intra-organizational solutions to improve the personal security of officers in anti-narcotics operations in Kerman province include: improving the motivation of human resources, improving the intelligence and combat power of human resources, planning human resources, intelligent command, Reforming the organizational structure, upgrading technologies, performance evaluation, information aristocracy, securing the path and extra-organizational solutions include: proportionality of punishment and crime, judicial protection of human resources, Environmental security by improving the economic situation of the region, creating comprehensive security in the region, improving safety based on technology, improving safety based on inter-organizational interactions.

Background and objectives: Carrying out various high-risk operations in the police organization has doubled the vulnerability of employees. Since it is very important to know the vulnerability factors of employees to reduce vulnerabilities, this study was conducted to identify and prioritize the vulnerabilities of employees in police operations and preventive solutions have been proposed. Methodology: In terms of field environment, and based on objectives, the present study is of an applied research type, and descriptive-analytical in nature, which has been done qualitatively. The statistical population consists of police experts and specialists. The theoretical saturation has been achieved using purposive sampling method and interviewing 19 samples. Data were identified and analyzed using theme analysis as comprehensive, organizing and basic themes. Findings: After analyzing the data by theme analysis method, 5 main themes with 25 effective sub-themes in the field of structural damage, including decision making, training, performance appraisal, operational objectives, information technology; three main themes with 15 sub-themes effective in behavioral dimension, including aid seeker and defendants, behavioral and skill capability, organizational culture; and three main themes with 16 sub-themes effective in contextual dimension, including social and economic, infrastructure, and legal context issues were identified that were classified based on Mirzaei's three-pronged classification as effective factors in the vulnerability of police officers in law enforcement operations. Results: The results indicate that in order to prevent injuries to employees in law enforcement operations, the police should take a holistic approach to repairing and eliminating the identified harmful factors and consider the results in employee empowerment programs.

Background and objectives: Evaluating the effectiveness is one of the most important mechanisms for quality assurance in education. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the training course in police operations.Methodology: The research method is of a descriptive survey type. The statistical population included all the students of police operations training course (N=362). The statistical population also consisted of commanders and immediate directors of the workplace and specialized groups. To select the statistical sample, a stratified random sampling method and a sample size estimate table of Morgan were employed. The sample size of the students is 186, and the sample size of the commanders and immediate directors is equal to the size of the population. The research instruments were the measurement of researcher-made questionnaires and learners' academic records. Descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and one-sample T-test were employed to analyze the data.Findings and results: The findings showed that the students' reaction to the curriculum was usual. The highest level of specialized learning is related to personal defense lessons and the least is related to the course of criminal procedure and the mean score of specialized courses are 16.86. The highest level of general learning is related to the principles of law enforcement affairs and the least level is related to map reading, compass, and working with GPS. Overall, the mean score of the general lessons was 16.62. From the viewpoint of students and commanders, the level of participants' behavior is moderate. By targeting different models of evaluation of the effectiveness, including Patrick's model, it is possible to rethink, recreate, and reform the course of the police operations training programs.

Background: Dyslipidemia is a disorder caused by alterations in the plasma concentrations of one or more lipids/lipoproteins. It is considered a metabolic disease that exposes the body to various harmful and even fatal events, one of which is the increased risk for cardiovascular diseases. Military police offi, cers, in turn, are exposed to high physical and psychological risks and may suff, er from cardiovascular diseases more than other professions. Objectives: In this sense, the objective of the present study was to evaluate the lipid profi, le of military police offi, cers working in a special operations group to identify the prevalence of dyslipidemia among the subjects. Methods: In total, 65 volunteers participated in the study, members of a special operations battalion (37. 26 ,5. 77 years of age). Blood collection was performed after 12 hours of fasting to analyze the following variables: Total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-c, and HDL-c. Results: The total cholesterol value presented the highest variation, since 77% of those evaluated showed altered values. Regarding the values of HLD, LDL, and triglycerides, most subjects (89%, 72%, and 80%, respectively) presented results within normal values Conclusions: It can be concluded that most participants presented regular values for most of the analyzed lipid fractions, which could contribute to their demands during their work activities. It is believed that the positive results seen in this group, which is heterogeneous with respect to age, are due to an extremely rigorous selection process and a training program that elevates the individuals to the rank of elite soldiers within the Brazilian military police.

This article investigates the control and modeling of a multi-rotor fire-fighting system, consisting of a multi-rotor along with a connected water hose. The introduced system has applications in the field of polic operations, including the ability to provide quick services and support to defense teams in dealing with explosions and fires, as well as ensuring public safety. Considering the unpredictable behavior of the hose and aiming for system stability against external disturbances, including reactive forces from water spray, hose weight, and wind force, an adaptive sliding mode control method has been used. The controller has been implemented on a 16-rotor system, taking into account the reactive force from water spray in the design algorithm. The highest range of variations is related to the pitch angle, for which a new structure has been introduced to reduce it and improve the rotational status of the multi-rotor. This new structure has two additional rotors compared to the previous structure. The results obtained from the adaptive sliding mode control method are compared with the Combined Model Reference Adaptive Control (CMRAC) method, which is considered as a linear adaptive robust method. The results confirm the need for the use of a robustness nonlinear algorithm for the intended application in this research. According to the studies, the proposed structure has not been used in any previous research. Additionally, at the end of this research, the justification and necessity of using such a structure in terms of arrangement and number of rotors are explained.

Prayer, as one of the fundamental principles of Islam, holds significant importance in workplace and public environments. However, during police operations, officers face numerous challenges in performing prayers, which can affect their performance and job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the cultural and structural barriers to prayer in police environments and to offer practical and technology-based solutions to facilitate prayer in these settings.This qualitative study, of a phenomenological nature, was conducted in 2024 with the participation of 45 field commanders from police operations, clergymen working in ideological and political roles, personnel from the Special Police and the Special Operations Command of West Azerbaijan Province. The sampling was done purposefully and selectively, and the data collected through open-ended questions were analyzed using the Colaizzi method and analyzed with MAXQDA software.The findings of the research indicated that cultural barriers include social influences and public attitudes, awareness and religious education, support and cultural development in the workplace, and the balance between job and religious duties. Additionally, structural barriers encompass infrastructure and physical facilities, scheduling and planning, regulations and laws, and technology and resources.The results suggest that addressing the barriers to prayer in police operations requires a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach that includes education and cultural development, improvement of infrastructure, appropriate planning, and the use of modern technologies. These actions can contribute to creating a more conducive environment for prayer and strengthening religious values in the community.

Stealing the things inside automobiles is among the crimes which has high frequency. The thieves usually tend to commit the crime repeatedly. The present study tries to investigate the effects of detecting the stolen things inside the automobiles on decreasing the rate of the crime. All the officers working in Tehran criminal investigation police constitued the statistical population of the study. 61 of them were randomely selected to form the statistical sample. The findings of the study demonstrated that police operational measures including arrest, house inspection, ... are more efficacious than intelligence measure in decreasing the rate of theft of the things inside automobiles.
